What We Offer
- Enjoy four hours of venue access for up to fifty guests and your vendors. This includes our thoughtfully restored O’Kelly Chapel, its beautifully landscaped grounds and turf lawn, and on-site parking.
- A Parking Attendant will be on-site for the 50-person Micro Wedding package.
- Our Venue Manager will also be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly on your special day.
- Access to our inventory of chairs, tables, A/V, and event decor. Our event staff will set up and break down your event according to your specifications. *Please note that linens are not included.
- Indulge in a beautiful wedding cake to accommodate your number of guests from our local bakery partner.
- Access to a curated selection of fine wines and craft beers is available exclusively through FGS Events, with a professional server provided by our catering partner to ensure seamless service throughout your celebration. Additional fees/rates can be provided upon request.
- An exquisite selection of three heavy hors d’oevuvres offered through our catering partner, ensuring a delightful culinary experience for you and your guests. The package also includes non-alcoholic beverages and all necessary plates, utensils, and napkins.
- Beautiful floral arrangements that complement your wedding day aesthetic. The package comes with one bridal bouquet, one bridesmaid bouquet, and two boutonnieres supplied through our floral vendor. *Please note: Flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability.
- A sound system with a Bose speaker and microphones are available for toasts and music which can be streamed from a personal playlist via phone.
- Restrooms are available and located off the outdoor turf area. In the event of rain, OKC staff will provide four umbrellas for your guests to access the restrooms.

Frequently Asked Wedding Questions:
I would like to have the chapel longer than four hours. Is this possible?
Yes, subject to availability, you may extend your chapel use in two-hour increments at a rate of $300 per additional two-hour block. Please inquire about availability when booking your event or as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request.
I don’t need the chapel for four hours. Is a reduced rate available?
While our micro-wedding package is designed for a four-hour event, the chapel is reserved exclusively for your occasion for that block of time, requiring the same preparation and staffing regardless of the actual use duration. Therefore, we are unable to offer a reduced rate for micro-weddings.
Can we have our wedding outside?
Yes! In addition to the chapel, we offer outdoor spaces that can be used for ceremonies or celebrations. We’d be happy to show you these locations during a tour—simply contact our event coordinator for details and availability.
Can we bring our own food or hire our own caterer for our micro-wedding?
For a micro-wedding package and as part of our commitment to quality and seamless event execution, O’Kelly Chapel partners with a curated list of exceptional local caterers who are familiar with our venue and dedicated to providing an outstanding culinary experience. To ensure the highest standards and guest satisfaction, outside food and beverages are not permitted. We would be happy to provide you with our preferred catering list upon request.
We have elderly attending. Is there access for a handicapped person?
Yes, we do. A handicap-accessible pad is situated behind the chapel, featuring a ramp for convenient side entry. Onsite chapel parking is available in close proximity, and an OKC staff member can provide golf cart transportation from the Garden Center parking lot to the chapel for those requiring assistance.
Do you provide an officiate or justice of the peace the day of the ceremony?
While we don’t have an officiant on staff at this time, we’d be happy to provide you with a list of recommended local officiants.
*Please be advised that the bride and groom are responsible for obtaining their marriage license and arranging for the officiant.
Could we customize the provided table decorations?
Yes, you may bring your own table linens and decorations. We kindly ask that all decor aligns with the historic and tasteful ambiance of O’Kelly Chapel. To maintain the integrity and aesthetic of our cherished venue, we do not permit items such as balloons or other decor that may be deemed questionable or tasteless. Linens are not be provided, but you can bring your own- this is a great tool to determine what size linens you will need: Table Cloth Sizing Tool. We appreciate your cooperation in preserving the chapel’s unique character.
What would make a beautiful send-off?
- Bubbles: A classic and whimsical choice, bubbles create a magical effect without any cleanup.
- Ribbon Wands: Guests can wave colorful ribbon wands, adding movement and visual appeal to your send-off photos.
- Bells: Small bells can be given to guests to ring as you depart, creating a joyful sound.
- Glow Sticks or LED Wands: For evening send-offs, glow sticks or LED wands create a vibrant and fun atmosphere.
Due to potential forest fire warnings during certain times of the year, and because our gravel driveway makes cleanup difficult, we kindly request that sparklers or confetti-type products not be used on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the safety and beauty of O’Kelly Chapel.
I would like to have candles in the chapel and on tables. Is this acceptable?
For the comfort and safety of all guests and to preserve the historic integrity of O’Kelly Chapel, smoking and/or drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas to avoid fire hazard. We appreciate your cooperation.
Am I allowed to smoke on the property?
Due to the historic nature of O’Kelly Chapel and its preserved wood interior, open flames and candles are not permitted within the building or on the property. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the chapel’s integrity for future generations. Battery-operated candles are permitted for ambiance.
