Frequently Asked Ceremony Questions
I'm planning an outdoor ceremony. What is your venue's back-up plan for rain?
If your guest count is thirty or fewer, we can accommodate your ceremony inside in our lounge area. For weddings with more than thirty guests, couples must plan for a tent rental through our preferred vendor, Grand Rental Station.
Can I decorate the Chapel?
O’Kelly Chapel is a beautiful turn-key venue which has been fully furnished and decorated. There are many large houseplants and fixtures which add beautifully to the decor. You are welcome to bring linens and tabletop decor for your event. However, some items are prohibited such as candles and anything that would be affixed to the walls.
For outdoor ceremonies, we prohibit open flames; and anything that would leave behind waste, such as confetti and balloons.

Can I host my wedding reception at O'Kelly Chapel?
O’Kelly Chapel specializes in wedding ceremonies; we do not host wedding receptions. This allows us to preserve the character of the space and offer couples a serene, focused ceremony experience.
